The Class AA Eastern League has announced its 2019 Executive of the Year, naming Todd “Parney” Parnell of the Richmond Flying Squirrels this year’s recipient. This is the third time in his career Parnell has won this award, as he previously won the award in 2013 and also in 2004 when he was the GM of the Altoona Curve.
